How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Regularlyprove Garage Doors should get a fair and honest experience. If you did not, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- How Regularlyprove Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks confusing or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Regularlyprove Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@regularlyprove.property and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached out to us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and what outcome you would like
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we received your note. Then we will review the matter. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office, your attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
