How Our Network Works

Who You Will Talk To

Regularlyprove Garage Doors does not employ repair people. When you send a request, we connect you with an independent garage door provider in the College Park area. Whoever answers works for that provider, and that business is responsible for the job.

That is why we call this a network, not a crew. Each provider has its own prices, schedule, and way of doing things.

What They Will Ask You

Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider understand the job before anyone drives out.

• What is the door doing? Stuck, loud, crooked, or not moving at all?
• Did you hear a bang, or see a gap in a spring?
• How old is the door and the opener?
• Is the car trapped inside?

Photos or a short description can help. Do not try to adjust springs or cables yourself.

Questions to Ask a Provider

A good provider is happy to answer these.

• Can I get the quote in writing before work starts?
• What does the price include, such as parts, labor, and any trip charge?
• Will you check track alignment, rollers, and cables while you are here?
• Are the springs and parts new, and is there a warranty from the provider?
• Do you offer emergency garage service, and what does that change on the price?

If you have a damage claim in mind, ask whether the provider can help document the damage. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.

The Decision Is Yours

You are never required to hire the first provider you speak with. Compare estimates if you want. Take your time with larger jobs like a new door or opener.
